page demonstrating the problem

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/37.0.2062.124 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached test-case.html in Firefox (any version, including latest nightly)
2. Resize the Firefox's window so that its width is odd numbered (e.g. 607px)

Actual results:

The box shadow around the div element is off centre (it's thicker on the left side of the element).

Expected results:

The box shadow around the div element is centred, just like for even numbered screen widths.
