This happens on the above url as well as expedia.com where a dropdown list will
not scroll with the scroll bar using the mouse. Keyboard arrow keys work. Using
the mouse dismisses the list. Try it on the "component" list in bugzilla.

It all works fine in Netscape.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to select a component in the bugzilla bug template past the end of the
initialally displayed list using the mouse.

Actual Results:  List was dismissed

Expected Results:  List should have allowed scrolling to values further down the
list.

I *thought* this was fixed in later builds.  The milestone build they have up
has this problem, but on a later nightly build I downloaded a few days later the
problem was gone.
