To reproduce:
- Load one of the above URLs
- After the page has loaded, do not scroll down on the page. The default browser
window size should be too small to hold the entire image (ilan2.gif) of the many
newspapers.
- Click on ilan2.gif.

Result: The entire page scrolls up so that the window displays most or all of
ilan2.gif.

Expected result: As the image isn't a link to anything, clicking on it should do
nothing.
OS: Windows NT → All
Hardware: PC → All
Also a problem on Mac OS 8.5; changing component &c. to All. A separate problem
happens on Linux; opening new bug for that one.
