In an ideal world we could "listen" for when a job is completed or failed, etc... this allows us to build tooling in sane ways for tasks such as running X after a build completes. This also makes it sigificantly easier to write tests for treeherder in a distrubuted fashion (very nice we need to poll right now in taskcluster to check job states)
