bug 875455 talks about how we don't know the locale of the review. This bug is to store some data with the review such as : - active region - current accept-lang header as sent by firefox os In a later bug this data could maybe be used to determine locales.

This is a really good idea, but not a small effort. Definitely not a GFB, but if Marketplace were to continue this would be a good enhancement.
