dxr-processor1.private.phx1 (https://inventory.mozilla.org/systems/show/3018/), and presumably its attached 5tb storage blade, is out of warranty. Can we get some quotes?

1) quote to replace blade & storage blade
2) quote to re-up warranty (if possible, since it's already past its end date)

It's probably that we can get away without the storage blade, especially if a replacement server blade has a good sized SSD.

:fubar, this host is still relatively new, BL460c G7. How much of a performance improvement are you looking for? Are you low on memory or processing power? If you want SSDs, how much storage done you need? 

1) emailed our vendor for quote. will get you information as I know shortly.
2) I have an old quote for similar hardware that I've attached. 

BL460c G8, storage blade + 12x900GB SAS drives for $13,910.00.

Performance isn't a problem, just that it's out of warranty or will be soon, so we're trying to budget for either replacing or re-upping the warranty. The older quote is sufficient for planning purposes. Thanks!!
