Steps to reproduce:

Firefox: 32.0.3
Chrome: 37.0.2062.124
Marketplace: Stage and Production

Summary: Clicking on some links in the Footer section open to new browser tabs and some don't.

Steps:
1. Go to URL https://marketplace.allizom.org/ OR https://marketplace.firefox.com/.
2. Click on all Footer links - the ones at the very bottom: <div id="footer">, not the ones above that section such as Developer Hub, Feedback etc: <div id="directory-footer" class="main full c">


Actual results:

Opens to new tab:

Expected results:

To be consistent, I would think all of the Footer links would open to a new tab.

Thanks for the bug.  This is by design.  Those are local links, the others are off site.
