Details

With e10s enabled, browse to about:addons, select "Plugins" on the left, select the "OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc 1.1", and click the Preferences button. On that page, click the link "License information", which is a link to chrome://mozapps/content/extensions/OpenH264-license.txt.

With e10s, a blank page appears. Without e10s, the license appears.
