Description:
The Indonesian(id) based keyboard cannot be uploaded to the device because it is missing from the Gaia repository.
  
Setup:
-Setup custom gaia build:
-Navigate via terminal into Gaia folder and run these commands:
 + git pull
 + git checkout v2.1
 + git pull
 + MOZILLA_OFFICIAL=1 GAIA_KEYBOARD_LAYOUTS=en,id make reset-gaia 


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141002000202
2) Tap on 'Settings' app
3) Tap on 'Keyboards' option
4) Tap on 'Select Keyboards' and observe
  
Actual:
Indonesian(id) is not an available keyboard.
  
Expected: 
Indonesian(id) should be one of the available keyboards.

Ni Indonesian localizers so they can give input about an Indonesian keyboard layout

Hi,
I don't have Flame device yet. 
So, I tried the steps on Keon device and the results are same, also no option for Indonesian(ID) keyboard. The default is English keyboard.

As far I know, Indonesian(ID) keyboard layout is same as English(US) keyboard layout.

Indonesian keyboard has the same layout like en-US keyboard.
