Description:
Previous device pairings will not be remembered. After pairing the first time, when trying to send a file over bluetooth the user will be prompted to pair again.
 
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141002000202
2) Settings > bluetooth > pair with another device
3) Home > gallery > select an image
4) Attempt to transfer the image via bluetooth to the previously paired device
  
Actual:
The previously paired device does not appear on the list of paired device and the user is prompted to pair again.
  
Expected: 
Pairings are remembered.

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:
Core functional regression that breaks smoke tests.

We need bug 1074152 on v2.1 before we can successfully test this for v2.1.

The paired devices list is broken since bug 1065999. So that we might to pair a paired devices as the description mentioned here. Please help to recheck the issue with bug 1065999 fixed patch. Thanks.

Now that the fix for bug 1065999 has landed, this issue is no longer occurring. Resolving as a duplicate of bug 1065999.
