STR:
1. Load Nightly with a new profile.
2. Add the Apps button to toolbar
3. Click on the button multiple times

Expected results: Once opened in a tab, Marketplace can`t be opened in multiple tabs, just like Add-ons.

Actual results: Marketplace can be opened multiple times in multiple tabs until the first tab loads.

Notes:
1. This is reproducible on all platforms: Mac, Linux, Windows. It`s best reproducible with a new profile or after a fresh restart.
I think this is because switchToTabHavingURI doesn't get the browser's "currentURI" immediately for http:// documents when they're still loading, whereas for about:* things the latency is just a lot better...
Indeed. Fixing that would be rather annoying, and I think people repeatedly hitting the button is pretty unlikely, and easily recoverable from. Let's call this WONTFIX, but thanks for testing Bogdan.
