This is most likely going to be fixed as part of bug 1297362. I removed "thisTestLeaksUncaughtRejectionsAndShouldBeFixed" from Netmonitor tests and no errors appeared yet during several try runs.

Fixed by bug 1297362. No uncaught rejections are happening. They probably disappeared some time ago as a side-effect of another change.
