Prerequisites:
FxOS 2.1 device, MP Stage app installed, Grameenphone SIM, Roaming enabled, WIFI enabled, region set to Bangladesh
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open MP Stage app
2.Search for a paid app with price greater or equal with BDT 152
3.Go through the purchase process and enter you credit card info
4.Press "Buy" at the end of purchase process
Expected results:
App is successfully purchased
Actual results?
"Sorry , there was a problem.Please try again later" message is displayed and the app is not purchased

A screenshot or http log would be awesome since it will tell us if that's a Bango or Mozilla problem. Since you are on the buy page, I'm going to assume Bango, so moving it over to Keir.

We believe this payment failed due to it falling below the minimum price for a credit card transaction (.99USD). Please let us know if you wish to discuss further.

Do we have any update on this? After our discussions, I think that Tk76($0.99)pricepoint is a valid one for Bangladesh credit card payments. I tried to purchase Test App(td9476) at 3.24 PM(GMT+3) , but I encountered same error.
Please note that this is a blocker for Grameephone - Bangladesh testing.

Hi Tony,
This bug is also showing up as a side effect of testing out of country, we're working on a solution for this, and it is on the agenda to discuss at todays meeting with Andy and Krupa

Hello,
My concern is that the BDT 76 pricepoint is still returning an "Unsupported_Pay" error (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1077437) even if according to https://metaplace.paas.allizom.org/tiers/?server=stage&provider=bango®ion=31 this price tier should point me to the credit card payments.

I can see that this issue ("Unsupported Pay" message is still displayed for low price points) is being investigated under https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1077437.
Are you happy for this Bugzilla to be cleared, and for the investigation into the "Unsupported Pay" message for low price points to be continued under 1077437?

No, we cant close this bug because the price point described at comment #12 is a credit card price point and it should not hit the "Unsupported_Pay" error

Victor,
Can you confirm which Tier is not working now (unsupported pay)since the price points on the url given have changed. Can we catch up on this today (via skype)
