Can't insert previously highlighted links into message body of email composer.
Normal link insertion works fine.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open mail composer and type url into message body
2. Highlight url
3. Select "Insert -> Link" from menu
4. Click OK
Actual Results: Highlighted url in message body should appear as link
Expected Results: Highlighted url in message body does not appear as link
First noticed in build 2001103021. Build 2001102910 is OK.

confirming the bug-2001-10-31-06 win98
I did the same steps reported here in 4.x. I see that we do not prefill the
link in the dlg in 4.x. We consider the highlighted url as link text. After you
type the same url as link in the text box then we convert this to appear as a link
6.x is not doing that. I deleted the prefilled text box and entered again but it
did not convert the text into a link.

Random comment: I'm surprised this hasn't been fixed. It's a really annoying
thing to create a link and not see a link as you never know if it actually
worked or not. You always have to check it worked in Drafts or (heaven forbid)
in Sent.
