steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/?region=us
2. Notice the feed element of the Featured app "Sleep Time"


expected behavior:
Dev links are only enabled on app details pages and nowhere else

actual behavior:
Dev link is enabled for the featured app in the feed which is odd. See screenshot.
