Description:
After OTA upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1, the 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to 2.0 BuildID: 
2) Change update channel and url on device to appropriate 2.1 build (20141003000203)
3) Perform OTA update.
4) Go through the FTE tutorial pages when upgrade is done.
  
Actual:
Not including the following pages:
- Swipe down to access recent notifications, credit information and settings.
- Drag from the left edge of your screen to return to recently used apps.
  
Expected: 
All FTE tutorial pages are displayed properly.

This issue does NOT fail verification of Bug 1054352. Bug 1054352 does NOT involve OTA upgrade.

Description:
After OTA upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1, only 2 animation pages are displayed. It only displays the following two pages:

- Your bookmarks have been removed to the homescreen. When editing, tap a bookmark to edit or rename it.
- Tap on the search box anytime to start a search or go to a website.

Yeojin, showing 2 videos is by design - in the OTA update scenario, we only show tutorials for the features that have changed from the version you updated from. The spec for this is at: https://mozilla.app.box.com/s/fo24e0m4bmy0s0mvd9m0, see the 'Update Experience - 2.0 Update' section which shows the Bookmark Migration video, followed by the Rocketbar (search) video.
