Steps To Reproduce:
1. Install Stylish https://addons.mozilla.org/ja/firefox/addon/stylish/
2. Open Following tabs
   about:home
   about:addons

3. Create following style from about:addons > "User Styles" pane and save

@namespace url(http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul);
notificationbox {
overflow-y:hidden;
overflow-x:auto;
}

   ---Observe contents

3. Switch tabs and select about:addons
4. Disable the style from about:addons > "User Styles" pane
   ---Observe content

Actual Results:
Contents of the other tab displays

Expected Results:
Contents of the tab itself should display

Nom'ing because this sounds like a regression that one of our e10s patches caused.

This is not great but seems like it might be an edge case that we can live with in 34.

What is the purpose of the stylish styles that cause this?

Given the difficulty of reproducing this, I don't think we can track it for 34, but Dao/mconley, can you guys look into this?
