We no longer use travis, so I don't think it makes sense to have a travis_ci folder in the repo. /tests/scripts/ or /tests/bin/ makes sense to me, but I don't really care what we call the folder.

+1 I would just rename the folder to "ci" though or something (I was going to file this myself so ++ for picking it up)

Oh also note that the ./bin/ci script needs to be updated to wherever we put these things.
