1078222 - USSD Notify response is not shown while USSD Request is working fine

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: USSD must work fine. it is used by some payment services. This is a certification blocker.

Testing USSD Notify using a valid USSD code with Flame-kk-v2.0: Gecko-675810c and Gaia-092d2b7:

STR:
Type a valid USSD code (type Notify)
Check the response in the device

Expected behaviour: See my balance as USSD Notify response

Current result: the balance is displayed for less than a second, user is not able to read it and then "Session Expired" message appears.

More info: If you try with a USSD-Request type, you will see first the Session Expired for a second, and then the menu options will appear.

Thanks for the prompt replay, though sadly I didn't see ril messages.
Could you please refer to [1] and attach ril log again? If ril debugger is successfully enabled, you shall be able to see a lot of messages with prefix "RIL Worker." Thanks again.

Yep, definitely looks like a dup. The description is the same as bug 1043817 which is a dup.
