It looks like test_Range-mutations.html is simply a long-running test. On Android armv7 API 9, it normally takes at least 280 seconds...if it runs a little longer, it times out.

Obvious options are:
 - split the test
 - requestLongerTimeout()
 - skip on Android

Leaving open in case anyone wants to re-visit: This test can likely be enabled on Android by splitting the test into multiple tests, simplifying the test so that it runs faster, or using requestLongerTimeout().
