Autoland should log relevant events to mozdef for security purposes.
Some initial thoughts on what is relevant:
* user has insufficient scm level to land on a particular tree
* application errors

Based on the RRA last week, it sounds like we'll only need one form of centralized logging, so I don't think it makes sense to have separate bugs. This might end up being mozdef, but we can track that in bug 1078539.
