Prerequisites:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open developer hub - my submissions page https://marketplace.allizom.org/developers/app/test-app-brownie/status
2. Click on status link for an app with the tarako review not requested yet.
3. Click on the Request a low-memory review.
Expected results:
A notification message is displayed saying that the request for review was sent.
Actual results:
"An error occurred" message is displayed.

NOTES:
The error returned is a 500 - Internal server error
This was logged in the past but I am opening a new one because the other bug(https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1072277) is already marked as verified

I tried to reproduce this but was unable to do so. I tried logging in through devhub and fireplace but both times my request went through. When I went to https://marketplace.allizom.org/developers/app/test-app-brownie/status it said the app had requested a review.
Is this still reproducible?
