Description:
The user is not returned to their last opened app when tapping the home button in card view. The user is taken to the homescreen instead. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Flame to Build ID: 20141006000205
2) Launch contacts, SMS and then dialer.
3) While in dialer, long press the home button to enter card view.
4) Tap the home button while in card view.

Actual:
The user is taken to the homescreen instead of the dialer app.

Expected:
The user is taken to their last opened app which in this case would be dialer.

The functionality in Flame 2.2(KK)(319mb)(Full Flash) is different.

The user is taken to whatever app is currently being viewed in the card view when they tap the home button.

The home button taking the user to the most recently opened app landed on 2.1.
