Details 
Right column (with yellow background) only draws the left half. Making the window
wider still doesn't draw the missing content. This happens on both mac and linux.

I'm testing this with 1999-07-31-08 on Win98
The testcase looks the same in Mozilla and Netscape 4.51 now.
The URL looks good too.
