107874 - missing entry pt error mesg with Xprt.dll file

Using 2001-10-31-03-trunk commercial build on NT 4.0

I see this error (only 1 time) when I first install the bits
and start messenger, login, and click on a mail message.
If I subsequently login to messenger or try another profile
I do not see this error message. It happens only after installing
the bits and logging onto mail for the first time.

I did a clean install when I installed the bits. No mozilla folder,
no profile folder, mozver.dat, etc..

I checked the dates on the xprt.dll file and it says it is
10/31/2000 2:41pm.

I didn't notice any other unusal time stamps other than these
2 files in components folder:
npcdt.dll 9/21/01 9:00am
npcdt.xpt 9/21/01 9:00am

Steps to reproduce:
1.I did clean install and installed 10-31 bits
2.Migrate or create new profile.
3.Didn't setup a mail account at activation page
4.started browser, started messenger.
5.Logged into my imap mail account
6.Clicked on inbox and selected a message
result: the missing entry pt error mesg appears dealing with the Xprt.dll
        This is the only time I see it. Restarting mozilla or trying other
        profiles doesn't result in this message appearing again.
