Capturing reqs here from email.

It looks like we will have authors on the site who would never actually login to wordpress.

So the workflow is that one of our editors enters this content. But our editors would like the article to be attributed to that author and that author should have an author page.

Playing on dev I was able to create a "contributor" author. Usually this person would get an email with login credentials, however if we used a moz email (say mine), they would never receive it.

I think this could work and would avoid us having to do anything too funky.

Can you advise if this is the best way to go?
This sounds like the best solution. Can't think of any downsides to this approach.
