In bug 1063702 we are adding a new in-product link. The link will be https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/35.0a1/WINNT/en-US/troubleshooting and we'd like that to redirect to https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems for en-US etc. (Note the "/troubleshooting" tail is somewhat arbitrary, so let me know if you think a different tail should be used)

heh - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems has screen-grabs which bug 1063702 will make obsolete. Should we open a new bug for that?

Should we > open a new bug for that? No, support doesn't use bugzilla for article changes. Joni will take care of it when 35 is in beta.

(In reply to Kadir Topal [:atopal] from comment #3) > Ricky, we can add redirects easily in the admin, right? correct. I just added it. It should take a few minutes for caches to flush out and rehydrate.
