touch does not work correctly while its connected to pc. If I unplug everything correctly. so annoying to develop apps.

Steps to reproduce:

connect the device to pc. open webide. run an app from webide to the device. 


Actual results:

touch does not work and things happen abnormally.


Expected results:

we have to unplug the device to test the app which is very annoying. unplug to test and then plug again. it should be normal when connected to pc.
