1. Turn on BT headset and put on device BT detect area
2. Device search devices
3. Tap the BT headset

Expect result:
BT headset paired

Actualt result:
BT headset could not be paired (http://youtu.be/aZZfO3hh-Fk)

I think it's been blocked by Bug 1065999.
Bug 1065999 will make user can't use remote Bluetooth devices sometimes.
