Steps to reproduce:

-start thunderbird
-a popup appears asking for calendar username and password
-enter username and password



Actual results:

window says 
"Google
 Oops! Your browser seems to have cookies disabled. Make sure cookies are enabled or try opening a new browser window. [?] "


Expected results:

should have connected to google calendar.
did the browser or lightning change recently?
cookies in firefox are enabled for all sites, and for visited 3rd party sites.
i cannot right click in the popup to open a new browser window - there are no menu bars or buttons.
this behaviour started today.
