Description:
If the user transfers a Contact with an associated Picture to another device via NFC, the picture is not maintained on the second device.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update two Flame devices to BuildID: 20141007000203
2) Activate NFC on both devices from the Settings app
3) On the first device, create a Contact that has an associated Picture
4) Tap the two devices together and transfer the Contact from the first device to the second
  
Actual:
The contact does not have an associated Picture after it is transferred to the second device
  
Expected: 
The contact still has an associated Picture after it is transferred to the second device

The bug repros on Flame 2.2 and Flame 2.1 nightly using full flash.
Actual result: After being transferred via NFC, a contact with a picture does not retain the picture.

Unable to attempt repro on Flame 2.2 engineering, Flame 2.1 engineering or 2.0 nightly due to the fact that the device is unable to send or receive via NFC.  No response is seen when a transfer is attempted.
The engineering builds received shallow flashes while 2.0 nightly was a full flash.

This issue has ever been raised on bug 1003767, and according to comment 13, the design currently is transfer contact without profile photo.
ni? Wesley if we could plan this issue in 2.2 version.

Yes. This is actually a feature. 
Putting into 2.2? feature before scope is finalized. 
The main focus of 2.2 is Secure Element though.
