note - this terminology is not consistent with how it is implemented on fennec. This may be a conscious decision, but from a PR/marketing/product perspective, this will cause confusion if we call the action differently on desktop vs fennec.

bug 1054912 discusses the implementation of the feature name in-code. There were a few email trails on the topic as well.

"Send to Device" specifically. "Send to ..." was a bit to open ended. You can't send to email or desktop, for example.
