Description: The DUTs cannot send/receive files via NFC after simultaneously sharing videos via NFC.

Repro Steps:(run these steps on both devices)
1: Update 2 Flame devices to 20141007000203
2: Open Settings and enable NFC.
3: Open gallery and select a video
4: Hold the phones together and swipe up to share the video.

Actual: One phone will receive the message "File could not be received" The phones will no longer be able to share files via NFC.

Expected: User is always able to send/receive files via NFC.

1: Once this issue occurs, both phones are unable to send/receive files via NFC to each other. 
A third device will still be able to send files via NFC to one of the infected phones. 
2: Restarting the phone fixes this issue.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.2 (319mb/full flash/20141006040204) and Flame 2.2 (319mb/full flash/20141007040205) 

Actual result: The phones will no longer be able to share files with each other via NFC.

QAWanted for branch checks.

Bug 1051110 is two phones trying to share a file at the same time with the other.
This bug is once you try to share a video file, you won't be able to share files with NFC.
