Description:
While the user is listening to the FM Radio app the timer and alarm notifications from the Clock app will pause the radio and prevent it from automatically resuming after exiting the notifications.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141006000205
2) Open FM Radio app 
3) Begin playing any station
4) Return to home screen
5) Open Clock app
6) Set an alarm or timer to go off within 1 minute
7) Tap "Stop" or "Snooze"
  
Actual:
Radio is muted and paused then needs to be manually resumed after dismissing the notifications.
  
Expected: 
Radio should mute and pause then automatically resume after dismissing notifications.

Actual Results: Radio is paused and then will auto play after dismissing notifications.

Notes: This bug was found outside of any test case but during the 2.1-3 test pass.

Not nominating this to block. The user can simply resume the Radio app after the alarm has been ignored, or snoozed.

Note: All other instances of pausing/muting the FM Radio(that does NOT involve taping the play/stop button directly) will make the fm radio resume so long as headphones or earbuds are plugged in. Alarm, and Timer, are currently the only notification function that permanently stops the radio from auto playing/resuming.

Loud pop sound occurs on both headphones and speaker when the user is listening to the FM Radio in the background while also trying to listen to alarm sounds or ringtones.
