Description:
When selecting the "Firefox OS" link on the facebook login page, the user is brought to a webpage that gives the error "server not found". The user can either "Try Again" or "Cancel". If the user cancels out of this webpage, they are brought to the homescreen, and skip the FTU.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141007000203
2) Launch the FTE from developer settings
3) Connect to wifi or data
4) Tap Next until Import Contacts page
5) Select Facebook> Firefox OS> Cancel
  
  
Actual:
User is brought to the homescreen and the FTE app is closed.

Expected: 
User is brought back to the Facebook login screen

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.2 (319mb)

The whole FTE developer app is closed

This is minor since this issue happens only through the developer menu so not nominating to block on this.

I think this is the same problem, the user may unexpected skip the FTE when open a browser via a link.

I don't understand why this to "systemsfe" related, seem the user should be able to freely exit the FTE.
