We should add a new DNS entry in route53 to handle this.

I cannot access https://hello.firefox.com/VERSION.txt from here, the DNS and SSL looks correct but the domain doesn't serve loop-client yet.

This is blocked by a decision here: Bug 1046114 and a new loop-client tag.
This bug was about having DNS and SSL cert, and it's the case now. A new bug had been opened to update the config to point to the right host, see bug 1081086
