Because of missing application.zip file in gaia profile, simulator doesn't start on windows. We are hitting a regression in gaia build system, bug 1079865. Once this regression is fixed, we should release new 2.2 simulator builds. (I released updated 2.2 builds for mac and linux yesterday to fix the back button breakages)

Now that bug 1079865 landed, nightlies work again and I just released a new 2.2 build only for windows. It happens to also fix the issue with webcomponents on windows... (back button doesn't work)
