The new git.mozilla.org should become the RoR

Need a bit more info - please see https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering/RepositoryCreationRequest
Also, if the git.mozilla.org copy should be the RoR, then the github/mozilla/ one will be r/o (no githubisms like green button merge requests). Just confirming that's what you want.

Ahh, *derp* After discussing with catlee I believe that this should just be a mirror repository so github.com/mozilla will stay the RoR
As for products, this will be a part of relengapi deployments.

I believe this is no longer needed, as clobberer has been rolling into the build-relengapi repo.
Please reopen if still needed.
