We should really try hard to remove the need for datazilla a.s.a.p in favour of treeherder-perf, as it's difficult to maintain and modify. This metabug will track all issues related to that.

Power consumption testing and datazilla alerts are on (AFAIK) indefinite hold, so the only thing left to do is make sure that compare talos is in acceptable shape, which can be tracked seperately. I don't think this metabug is doing any good so marking it as invalid.
