Steps to Reproduce:

Preconditions:Hide the Utility tray

Case1:
1.Change the device language to some other language from Settings app
2.Slowly Pull down the Utility tray and observer the Usage widget message
3.Widget message is translated or updated only once the utility tray pulled completely down.

Case2:
1.Enable the airplane mode from the Settings app
2.Slowly Pull down the Utility tray and observer the Usage widget message
3.Widget message is updated only once the utility tray pulled completely down.

Expected:Usage Widget any message should be updated properly once its is visible to user by pulling up to any level.

Hi,
For performance reasons, the widget is only refreshed when the utility tray is visible (when the utilitytrayshow event is emitted).

Is this blocking a certain product launch? Please make sure it is properly reflected on Bugzilla so the devs could pick it up.

Unfortunately Cost Control app is not something owned by my team so I can't offer any help.

Now with more CPU power and available RAM, maybe performance is no longer a concern. Could you kindly let know where should we modify to achieve "Usage Widget any message should be updated properly once its is visible to user by pulling up to any level"?

We can run some tests first to see the performance first

The issue was resolved on master branch with the patch for the Bug 984797 - You cannot peek at notifications in the notifications panel. 
This patch is on v2.1 and master, not on v2.0 branch.

Hi Vance & Marina,

This issue in not Fixed on Version V2.0.
And i can't take the patch directly to my local branch(V2.0) because it involves lot of changes and it also contains dependent bugs as well.(Not able to merge cleanly in V2.0)
So would you please uplift this to V2.0.
