[B2G][CarrierInfoNotifier] We should handle Display/ExtendedDisplay of the 'cdma-info-rec-received' message in the same way.

As reviewed in bug 1072367 comment 2, actually both PDU_CDMA_INFO_REC_TYPE_EXTENDED_DISPLAY and PDU_CDMA_INFO_REC_TYPE_DISPLAY use the same data structure to collect the display information.
This implies that modem shall already handle the conversion of the Extended Display Info to a simple string to be displayed.

Hence, the concatenation in gaia [1] shall be removed.
