1. Launch Settings 2. Go to Settings-> Bluetooth 3. Enable Bluetooth and also enable "Visible to all" 4. Turn off Bluetooth 5. Enable bluetooth again --〉You will notice that "Visible to all" was disabled in v2.0 --〉You will notice that "Visible to all" was disabled in master. And "Visibility" will time out after 2 mins. Some user expects settings will keep their changes and there isn't enough information to let user know "Visibility" will time out. We need more clearly spec for define this scenario.
