Noticed the off canvas nav is not functioning at all on dev and prod. My local copy however does work

Possibly related there are a bunch of js errors on the page.
Looks like missing jQuery -- pushing code since jQuery had "http://" in stead of just "//" - we'll need to get a pull to dev to see if that handles it.

Ok let's wait till we have a critical mass of fixes/changes and we can do another deploy.
