1080693 - ConnectA2 registers wake-up alarm even if the user is not logged in

ConnectA2 uses alarms to check for new messages in the background.

It even adds alarms when the user never logged in but just launched the app. This results in unexpected battery drainage which can only be stopped by uninstalling the app.

ConnectA2 needs to not register alarms when the user isn't logged in.

We have already discovered this bug when we received the Cloud FX last week. We couldn't detect this error before because we didn't have this production device. It will be fixed in ConnectA2 v17 which will be released for review on Monday.

The app got reviewed and is published since last week. I could not see the correct review history before to confirm this due to bug 1081299.
