Description:
Taping on the settings gear in the contacts app and syncing to sd card, creates duplicate contacts. 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141008000201
2)Create a contact that matches a facebook contact
3)Sync facebook friends from facebook
  
Actual:
Duplicate contact is created 


Expected:
Passive link of the two contacts occurs

Issue DOES occur on Flame 2.2kk, 2.0kk

Description:

Passive merging / linking only will happen when the given name, family name and tel number matches, is that the case?

No, even if they match, it still creates duplicates.
