This is almost certainly a Release Engineering bug. TBPL can only display the data it's given.

The jobs are now present in both TBPL & Treeherder. There were Nagios alerts from builds-4hr last night, so presuming just infra issues that prevented the fetching on builds-4hr for a while, which caused the jobs not to appear immediately.
We had a lot of db issues that day, see bug 1080855.
