If I type something in for quick search. Read my message, then hide the quick
search bar again, I still see my search results. We should pop out of search
mode and back to the regular view when a user hides the search view. 

btw, I really love this feature.

The fix is to come out of quick search when we hide it. Since the text field
is hidden before oncommand gets called we have to initialize it when we "show"
the bar.
