Details

Rough STR:
1) Open b2g-inbound, switch to unclassified failures view
2) Classify all visible failures
3) Wait until a new unclassified failure appears
4) Press the "k" key (you need to catch it before the log has finished parsing)
5) Note what the failure summary tab says
6) Click away from the job
7) Wait a few mins (for the log to parse)
8) Click the job using the mouse

Expected:
Failure summary listing the log error lines.

Actual:
Failure summary tab says "Failure summary is empty", even though opening the log in the log viewer shows the errors, and refreshing the page allows the job to be selected and the errors viewed as normal.

Seems like we're not re-attempting fetching the log correctly after it not existing the first time.
Summary: "Failure summary is empty" shown for a job after it was viewed before the log had finished parsing → Failure summary panel does not attempt retrieving the log again if was previously still being parsed
Bug 1076769 should also fix this, if I've read the PR correctly :-)
