Description:
The call volume while in a call is not adjusting according to the user pressing the volume buttons on the side of the device up or down. Most of the time, the buttons seem to have no effect on the sound of the call. About 2/5 times, the volume will decrease but then the user will not be unable to increase it again. 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141010040202
2) Enter the dialer app
3) Dial a number to place an outbound call
4) Press the volume adjustments buttons on the side of the device after then call is in progress
  
Actual:
Call volume does not adjust correctly.
  
Expected: 
Call volume adjusts in relation to the user's pression the buttons.
