1081291 - Update Websites ToS and push to production on 10/15/2014

The production version of our websites terms of use needs to be updated for the Open Standard launch on 10/15/2014.  The production version is currently here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/legal/terms/mozilla/

I believe the source is currently on bedrock.  

(1) The updated copy that should go into production on 10/15/2014 is here: https://mozilla.box.com/s/9mwdodbvsirpy1k2cd94

(2) Can you make the changes using the updated copy at the link above? Do you need anything from me?

(3) Also, can the source be moved to the legal-docs github repo so we can make changes from feedback, do future updates, and have our vendor do translations.  The directory is called "Websites_ToS" and is available here: https://github.com/mozilla/legal-docs/tree/master/Websites_ToU

I've filed an initial pull request to get the updated document into the legal-docs repo: https://github.com/mozilla/legal-docs/pull/245

Once that is merged, I'll update bedrock to pull in this version of the document.

Yes, we're still doing final testing on the Get Involved and Homepage redesigns and need to push those to production first. Then we can merge and push these changes.
